The Foundation implements programs in the following areas, in accordance with its strategy:

A.) Roma Integration Programs
Our goal is to promote Roma integration on local, regional and national levels. We would like to create cooperative structures in which Roma and non-Roma organizations, institutions can work together to solve problems and implement the integration of Roma. We want to focus on the development of Roma civil society that is strong, autonomous and prepared to cooperate with others within its own organization and outside as well.
B.)  Gender Equity Programs
Our goal is to contribute to the enrichment of gender equity in society, the enhanced role of women in public roles and in their professional life. We organize training programs and have developed a women’s network that is cooperating with already existing women’s organizations.
C.) Mediation
Our goal is to promote the methodology of mediation and its use in all sectors of society and every day life, the further development of the methodology and the creation of professional standards. The three main activities are: (1) mediation as a service, (2) training mediators in different training programs, (3) support to the establishment of the legal framework of mediation.
D.) Trainings, Consulting, Change Management
We provide accredited training courses and consultation for social services professionals, public servants, teachers and representatives of civil society, local government and business sectors.

The Roma Integration Project (RIP) is a USAID-funded, four-year initiative to build the capacity of Roma and the relations between Roma and non-Roma communities across Central Europe.   The RIP is being implemented across the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia by Partners for Democratic Change, Partners-Czech, Partners-Hungary and Partners-Slovakia, three of the 14 independent Partners for Democratic Change International centers that build capacity for conflict management and change management systems around the world.
